About City Property Services
City Property Services is a trusted Ahmedabad real estate company. As real estate agents and property consultants in Ahmedabad since 1998, we help people and businesses buy, sell, lease, rent and invest in the right properties, with honest advice and steady support from the first conversation to the final handover.
Our story
Founded in 1998, we have spent 28+ years helping clients across Ahmedabad and Gujarat make sound property decisions. In that time the city has grown a lot, and so has the kind of help people need, from a first family home to a corporate office, a warehouse or a long term investment.
Our work is led by Mukesh Vasani, Founder of City Property Services, whose experience and steady judgement shape how we treat every client. He is also a co-founder of CIRIL, a commercial real estate network that works in more than 45 cities across India. That wider reach sits quietly behind the local, personal service you get from our team here in Ahmedabad.
We are proud of the relationships we have built over the years. A lot of our work comes from clients who return to us, and from the people they refer, which is the kind of trust we try to earn every single day.

What we help with
We cover the full range of property needs in and around Ahmedabad.
Why clients choose us
We know the city pocket by pocket, so our advice is grounded in how each area really lives and trades.
Years of relationships mean we often hear about the right property before it is widely listed.
You get honest pros and cons, fair pricing and clear next steps, never pressure.
We stay with you through visits, negotiation, paperwork and final handover.
Homes, offices, retail, industrial and land, all under one roof.
We would rather earn a client for life than push a single deal.
Our vision
We want City Property Services to be the name people in Ahmedabad trust first when it comes to property. Not because we are the loudest, but because we are dependable, professional and genuinely useful.
Our aim is simple. Give clear, practical guidance, treat every client with respect, and help people build long term value through the right property decisions. When you do well, we do well, and that is exactly how we like it.
